having basic Physical and Biological Sciences
programmes on its agenda is at present running only School of
Applied Physics and Mathematics. The College
is also hosting the School of Industrial Biotechnology,
five laboratories catering to the school are all state of
the art.
Another course to be offered from August 2006 session is post
graduation in Mathematics. School of Biological and Chemical
Sciences are destined to start with their post graduation
programme, from August 2007.
Colleges of Sciences, can vouch of the standards
of our faculty and students. The mode of admission to the
presently running courses and future programmes is/shall be
strictly based on merit in all India entrance examinations
Research activities in the college are going at creditable pace
and shall be further boosted in near future by procurement and
installation of state of the art instrumentation.
In future the College of Sciences is
destined to become the hub of teaching and research of international
standards.
