What is covered by Registration Fees?

For Participants:
1. Participation in all sessions.
2. Access to the Poster area.
3. Conference Kit
4. Local transportation (Pick up and drop from Air Port/ Railway Station and from accommodation to Conference Venue.)
5. Break fasts 2X, Lunches 2X, Coffee breaks 5X, Dinners 2X including Welcome Reception.
6. Cultural programme.
7. Accommodation shall be on payment basis, and shall be provided on request in Hostels, Guest Houses, Faculty Houses or Standard Hotels on twin sharing basis.
For Accompanying Person:
Accompanying Persons will get all the benefits except conference material.

Mode of payment:

The payment towards registration and accommodation may be sent through Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of Registrar, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, payable at Jammu or via electronic transfer to account no. 0477040100000023 in Jammu & Kashmir bank (IFSC: JAKA0SMVDUN). Overseas delegates can also remit by electronic transfer to account no. 0477040100000023 in Jammu & Kashmir bank by using the SWIFT Code JAKAINBBSRJ.

Cheques/Credit cards will not be accepted. Participants may cancel their registration. Only 50% of the registration fee shall be refundable. There shall be no refund after 1st October 2010.
