Library:

The Central Library contains approximately 1841 books for the subject areas pertaining to the School of Philosophy & Culture. The school library also has a stock of 450 books of philosophy and culture. Besides these books, the school faculty and students also have access to more than 200 online journals through JSTOR, Springer Link, Taylor & Francis and INFLIBNET. At present 6 books are issued to students for a month, 10 books to faculty members for a semester. Library is equipped with 60 PC’s with internet access. There are also 3 photocopy machines and 1 printer available in the Library.

Internet Facilities:

Internet Connectivity is available on every Computer Terminal in the School including Faculty Cabins, Library & Office.

Class Rooms:

The school has access to 02 class-rooms of capacity 30 each which are utilized for conduct of class-work as well as tutorials/assignments. The department also has access to the 04 Lecture Theatres which have capacity of 170 students each. Apart from these, the elective courses are run in different class rooms of various departments. All class-rooms have Internet connectivity points besides being fitted with LCD Projectors which can be used by faculty and students during the normal class-work.
